A global technology platform is hiring a Go-To-Market Operations Associate to support the launch of a major new social commerce product across EMEA markets.
This role sits within the Go-To-Market team responsible for bringing global product programmes into regional execution, working at the intersection of data, programme delivery and commercial operations.
You will help coordinate the rollout of a new creator-commerce initiative, working with sales teams, analysing launch performance and ensuring regional markets are ready to execute the programme successfully.
This is a highly analytical role suited to someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and supporting large-scale product launches.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the EMEA rollout of a global social commerce programme
- Analyse performance data and generate insights to guide regional execution
- Work closely with frontline sales teams to prepare for product launches
- Help identify creators and merchant partnerships to support launch activity
- Track launch metrics and provide insights to improve programme performance
- Support programme coordination across multiple markets
- Translate global strategy into regional operational execution
What we’re looking for
- Experience in programme management, business analysis or GTM operations
- Strong data analysis and insight generation skills
- Ability to tell clear stories through data
- Experience supporting product launches or commercial programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable working in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
Ideal background
- Business Analyst, Sales Operations, GTM Operations or Business Operations roles
- Experience in digital platforms, social media, streaming, e-commerce or tech companies
- Exposure to creator platforms, digital commerce or marketplace ecosystems
- SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills are a plus
