A global technology organisation is hiring a Customer Insights & Market Research Analyst to support its international product marketing function.

This role sits at the centre of commercial decision-making. You will take ownership of customer research projects and convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly influence product and marketing strategy across multiple regions.

This is not a reporting role. It is a delivery role with visibility to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer research projects aligned to strategic priorities
• Design research approaches across quantitative and qualitative methodologies
• Build research briefs, questionnaires and discussion guides
• Analyse and synthesise data from multiple sources including primary research and behavioural data
• Translate findings into clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations
• Present outputs to senior marketing and business stakeholders across regions
• Identify and leverage the most relevant data sources to answer key business questions

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years’ experience in customer insights, market research or agency-side research
• Demonstrated experience managing research projects end-to-end
• Strong capability in insight synthesis – not just reporting data
• Confident working with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Ability to simplify complex datasets into clear, actionable outputs
• Experience working across international or multi-market environments
• Comfortable working with raw data where required
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
• Additional language skills are advantageous
