Customer Support Coordinator - Spanish Speaking | London (Hybrid) | 12-Month Contract | £40-42K

We're partnering with a global tech platform to hire a Spanish-speaking Market Coordinator to support key partners across Spain and Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced international environment where you'll play a central role in resolving complex partner issues and supporting regional market teams.

In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for high-value partners, helping to manage escalations, investigate challenges, and deliver clear, professional resolutions. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams while ensuring an exceptional partner experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • 4+ years' experience in customer support, operations, or account management
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira or Google Workspace is beneficial
