You’ll be leading critical incident response in a global SaaS environment — coordinating technical teams, managing communication, and keeping control when customers are feeling the impact.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead major incident (P1) response end-to-end
- Run incident bridges and coordinate technical teams
- Act as the central point of control during outages
- Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders under pressure
- Drive incidents through to resolution
What you’ll bring
- Experience handling major incidents / P1 situations
- Strong bridge management/incident coordination experience
- Background in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise tech environments
- Clear, calm communication in high-pressure scenarios
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders during live incidents
Nice to have: ITIL exposure, understanding of cloud platforms, or experience with tools like ServiceNow.
