You’ll be leading critical incident response in a global SaaS environment — coordinating technical teams, managing communication, and keeping control when customers are feeling the impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead major incident (P1) response end-to-end
  • Run incident bridges and coordinate technical teams
  • Act as the central point of control during outages
  • Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders under pressure
  • Drive incidents through to resolution

What you’ll bring

  • Experience handling major incidents / P1 situations
  • Strong bridge management/incident coordination experience
  • Background in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise tech environments
  • Clear, calm communication in high-pressure scenarios
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders during live incidents

Nice to have: ITIL exposure, understanding of cloud platforms, or experience with tools like ServiceNow.
