- Salary : £76,000 pa
- Contract : 12 months ( high chance of extension)
We’re hiring a Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive performance across our online store — owning how products are promoted, merchandised and optimised to increase sales.
This role is ideal for someone from an Ecommerce, Trade, Category or Digital Trading background who understands how to turn campaigns into commercial results.
What you’ll be doing
- Optimise the online store experience to drive conversion and sales
- Plan and execute promotions, campaigns and product launches
- Manage onsite merchandising (product placement, visibility, journeys)
- Work with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with trading priorities
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise based on data
- Collaborate with product, trading and external partners
What we’re looking for
- Experience in ecommerce, trading, category or campaign marketing
- Strong understanding of onsite optimisation and digital merchandising
- Track record of driving sales through campaigns or promotions
- Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and results
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
