We're hiring an Operations Manager to drive process improvement and operational efficiency across large-scale, high-volume workflows.
This role is focused on redesigning how work gets done - using data, automation, and strong stakeholder management to deliver measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Optimise and redesign processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Analyse performance data (SLAs, KPIs) to identify trends and drive improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects solving complex operational challenges
- Manage vendor and internal team performance, ensuring delivery against targets
- Build dashboards, reporting, and workflow documentation (SOPs, process maps)
- Identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows
- Improve end-to-end customer and employee experience
What we're looking for
- Experience in operations, process improvement, or programme management in a scaled environment
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Proven track record of delivering process improvements and efficiency gains
- Experience managing stakeholders and/or external vendors
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments
