We're hiring an Operations Manager to drive process improvement and operational efficiency across large-scale, high-volume workflows.

This role is focused on redesigning how work gets done - using data, automation, and strong stakeholder management to deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Optimise and redesign processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Analyse performance data (SLAs, KPIs) to identify trends and drive improvements
  • Lead cross-functional projects solving complex operational challenges
  • Manage vendor and internal team performance, ensuring delivery against targets
  • Build dashboards, reporting, and workflow documentation (SOPs, process maps)
  • Identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows
  • Improve end-to-end customer and employee experience

What we're looking for

  • Experience in operations, process improvement, or programme management in a scaled environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Experience managing stakeholders and/or external vendors
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments
