Renewals Sales Specialist - Enterprise SaaS

£55,000-60,000 | London (Hybrid) | 12-month contract

A global enterprise technology company is looking for a Renewals Sales Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

Working closely with Account Executives, you will focus on driving contract renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting the enterprise sales cycle across a strategic customer base.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage renewals across a portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and revenue expansion
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within customer organisations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years experience in renewals, account management or sales within an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Track record of retaining and expanding software subscriptions
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and enterprise accounts
