Renewals Sales Specialist - Enterprise SaaS
£55,000-60,000 | London (Hybrid) | 12-month contract
A global enterprise technology company is looking for a Renewals Sales Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
Working closely with Account Executives, you will focus on driving contract renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting the enterprise sales cycle across a strategic customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage renewals across a portfolio of enterprise customers
- Partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and revenue expansion
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within customer organisations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years experience in renewals, account management or sales within an enterprise SaaS environment
- Track record of retaining and expanding software subscriptions
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and enterprise accounts
