Revenue Operations Lead – (Global Tech Travel Company)

- Salary: £100k - £120k pa
We're scaling a global Experiences marketplace and hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to build the growth engine behind it.
This role owns the operating model across supply acquisition, onboarding, account management, and vendor teams. You won't be closing deals — you'll design the strategy, processes, tooling, and performance frameworks that make growth scalable and efficient.
What you'll do
- Translate growth strategy and Sales Operations into clear plans, targets, and execution
- Partner with regional leaders, analytics, marketing, product, and engineering
- Diagnose growth and efficiency opportunities using data
- Define KPIs, run performance reviews, and own outcomes
- Reduce manual work by driving systems, automation, and tooling
- Launch initiatives locally and scale what works globally
What success looks like
- Faster supply growth
- Higher quality and conversion
- Improving unit economics through better systems and processes
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in RevOps, Growth Ops, Marketplace Ops, or Consulting or Sales Operations
- Strong analytics (Excel/Sheets, BI tools; SQL a plus)
- Experience with sales/account management teams and tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proven cross-functional leadership and ownership mindset
