We are hiring a Senior AI Content & Prompt Strategy Specialist to support large-scale AI content initiatives across global social media platforms.
This is not a traditional content role. You will operate at the intersection of AI, product and engineering - improving LLM performance through advanced prompt design, structured evaluation and data-led insight.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and iterate system-level prompts to improve LLM outputs for defined product use cases
- Evaluate AI-generated content and implement structured feedback loops
- Lead multiple workstreams independently, ensuring alignment with programme goals
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for engineering and product teams
- Build scalable workflows, templates and quality standards to support operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years' experience in content strategy, AI content, programme management or similar
- Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation and advanced prompt engineering
- Strong analytical capability with solid Google Sheets skills
- Proven ability to manage projects autonomously
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
