6 month contract with potential to extend | remote in the UK | salary is £118k per year

A leading global technology organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to support high-impact, revenue-driving incentive programmes across enterprise and agency partners.

This role sits within a strategic planning and operations function, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Analytics teams to bring operational rigor, automation, and data-driven decision making to complex commercial programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end operations for strategic sales incentive and investment programs
  • Design and implement scalable operational cadences, processes, and governance models
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Revenue Accounting, Legal, Engineering, and Program Management
  • Translate business requirements into automated tooling and operational solutions
  • Lead compliance, audit readiness, and deal approval workflows
  • Build and maintain reporting on program performance, ROI, forecasting, and investment impact
  • Conduct advanced commercial and financial modelling to activate deal strategy
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
  • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders through structured updates and recommendations

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Commercial Finance, or Program Analytics
  • Strong experience supporting revenue, monetisation, or incentive-based programs
  • Advanced SQL experience working with large datasets
  • Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects independently
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and presentation skills
