The Opportunity

A global enterprise technology organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Web Implementation Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.

You'll manage the full lifecycle of website implementation projects, from discovery and requirements gathering through to QA, launch and post-launch optimisation. Working across Product, Engineering, UX, Design, Content and Marketing teams, you'll ensure digital platforms are delivered on time, to a high standard and with an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex website and digital platform projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into delivery plans.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, UX, Design, Marketing and Content teams.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
• Oversee QA, UAT, release management and launch activities.
• Deliver improvements to customer-facing digital experiences.
• Support website migrations, integrations and platform enhancements.
• Ensure projects meet quality, accessibility and performance standards.

Required Experience

• 3+ years managing website or digital platform implementation projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex web applications from concept to launch.
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore, WordPress or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing QA, UAT and release activities.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journeys.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and modern web technologies.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
