We are hiring a Vendor Operations Program Manager to join a high-impact team within a global technology organisation, supporting regulatory-driven operations across the Spanish market.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, and vendor management. You will take ownership of operational programmes, ensuring processes are scalable, compliant, and delivering measurable performance improvements.

The Role

You will lead operational initiatives across vendor ecosystems, driving process optimisation, performance management, and regulatory adherence. This is not a passive coordination role — you will be expected to identify inefficiencies, implement change, and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver operational programmes focused on efficiency, compliance, and scalability
  • Manage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements
  • Design and implement process improvements, including automation and workflow optimisation
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training frameworks
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including compliance, policy, and regional teams
  • Support execution of Spain-focused go-to-market operational strategy linked to regulatory commitments

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
  • 5+ years’ experience in operations, vendor management, or program management
  • Strong experience in process improvement and operational optimisation
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Experience working in regulated or policy-driven environments is highly advantageous
  • Background in large-scale tech or high-growth environments preferred
