D365 CRM Developer | Dynamics CRM Developer | Global Banking Rollout Project

• 3 Month Contract
• £550-£700 per day depending on experience and seniority
• Outside IR35
• Hybrid London (Victoria) location. 1-3 days per week in the office, depending on your location and circumstances

We’re working with a long-standing favourite, a major financial services firm in the thick of a global Dynamics 365 CRM rollout. After a successful deployment in Brazil, they’re now expanding to the USA banking business (ironically based out of the UK) and need a senior D365 Developer who can hit the ground running.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role. You’ll be working on complex account hierarchies, client profile data migration, and critical systems integration, all within a hybrid low-code/no-code environment. You’ll be joining a capable D365 team that includes another Developer, an architect, QA and programme manager, working in Agile sprints with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in place.

Our client, a global leader in international financial services, has built a strong reputation over the past 40 years and is now expanding further into the FinTech space.

The Tech:

• D365 CRM (Customer Service / Customer Excellence)
• C# and .NET Framework
• Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, etc.)
• Azure DevOps, MSBuild, Release Management
• TDD, BDD, CI/CD pipelines

You’ll Be:

• Developing and extending D365 CRM capabilities in a global context
• Redefining account structures and hierarchies to support US banking requirements
• Migrating client profile data into a live production environment
• Working within a hybrid low-code/no-code architecture and integration-heavy setup
• Delivering robust, testable .NET code in an Agile delivery model
• Collaborating closely with cross-regional teams UK, US, Brazil — including architects, QA and programme leads

What we're looking for:

• Senior-level CRM developer with deep D365 Customer Experience / Customer Engagement expertise
• Strong .NET and Azure engineering background
• Familiar with high-volume data structures, enterprise architecture and system integration
• Able to mentor junior engineers, pair program and contribute to wider Agile practices
• Comfortable navigating regulated environments and structured delivery setups
