• £75,000 per annum + 10% bonus + private health insurance

I'm working with a well-established SaaS house that is the Google and Amazon of their market niche and has grown steadily over the past five years. Working within a highly customised Salesforce environment, you’ll be the technical SME supporting multiple business-critical functions across Member Services, Finance, Distribution, and beyond.

This role requires a proactive Salesforce evangelist with strong technical expertise and a sharp focus on customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the technical design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce functionality.
• Use a configuration-first approach where possible, employing Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and web technologies for complex requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and code to enable ongoing maintenance and support.
• Drive continuous improvements, optimising system performance, usability, and functionality.
• Develop and execute test plans (unit, system, and deployment testing) ensuring smooth releases.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with operational needs.
• Research and introduce new Salesforce tools, features, and capabilities to maximise platform value.

About You:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce).
• Adept at balancing declarative configuration with custom development.
• Solid understanding of data management and integration within Salesforce.
• Confident working closely with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
