AI & Privacy Lead – Consulting Experience Required - London (Hybrid)
We are looking for a AI & Privacy Manager to join a Consulting Firm in London. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in privacy, data protection, and legal compliance, combined with hands-on consulting experience. You will lead complex client engagements, advise on regulatory strategy, and support the design and implementation of privacy programmes across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and advise clients on global AI & data protection laws and compliance frameworks
- Design and implement AI & privacy governance models, policies, and procedures
- Conduct AI & privacy maturity assessments and deliver strategic improvement plans
- Oversee delivery teams on multi-jurisdictional projects
- Manage relationships with client stakeholders, regulators, and senior leadership
- Support business development and contribute to thought leadership initiatives
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in AI, privacy and data protection consulting (mandatory)
- Strong legal background with expertise in the AI Act, GDPR and global privacy laws
- Experience managing projects across legal, compliance, and technology domains
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM are optional

- Flexibility to work from any location globally for up to 3 weeks per year
