About the role

We’re hiring a PMO – Operations & Execution Lead to sit in the CEO Office and drive execution across high-impact initiatives within the business’ marketplace and commercial operations functions. As the company scales, there are multiple priorities that need structure, pace, and senior-level coordination. This role will bring clarity to “what matters most,” ensure workstreams move forward, and give leadership real-time visibility through strong reporting and dashboards.

This is a hands-on, proactive role suited to someone who enjoys operating at speed, working independently, and partnering closely with C-suite and functional leaders to deliver outcomes.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end project delivery across marketplace and commercial operations: scoping, project plans, timelines, dependencies, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Establish and run a clear execution cadence (weekly/monthly rhythms, steering groups, decision logs, action tracking) to maintain momentum and unblock fast.
  • Lead KPI reporting and define success metrics across initiatives to ensure delivery is measurable and outcomes-driven.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track progress and performance (e.g., Excel/Sheets, Looker/Tableau/PowerBI, Notion/Jira/Asana—depending on the tech stack).
  • Facilitate workshops with senior leaders (including C-suite), ensuring meetings drive decisions, alignment, and ownership—not just discussion.
  • Act as a “ doer ” as well as a driver—jumping in where needed to keep projects moving and standards high.

What you will bring (Must-haves)

  • Proven hands-on project/program management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to adtech / software / tech (or a closely related digital product/marketplace environment).
  • Strong commercial and functional understanding —able to work across multiple teams and translate priorities into execution.
  • Highly independent operator who can manage ambiguity, propose structure, and deliver without heavy oversight.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—confident working with senior leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Native English (or fully fluent, professional-level business English).
  • Experience supporting or scaling a high-growth business (startup/scale-up/PE-backed).
  • Deepened adtech domain knowledge (clients, platforms, monetisation, sales ops, marketplace dynamics).
  • High energy, motivated, and naturally proactive—someone who pushes work forward without being asked.
