Senior Infrastructure Support

3rd Line Support / Senior Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support– Based in Leeds- Will need to be able to become SC Cleared. As 3rd Line Support / Senior Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support, you will need the following Skills: 3-4 years’ experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Support within a Service Provider environment, with in depth experience with Microsoft Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory & Group Policy. Excellent Azure solutions (SaaS, PaaS, & IaaS), DFS & FSlogix, Exchange / M365, Powershell scripting. Strong experience of managing Virtual Environments (VMWare and/or Hyper-V).
Successful 3rd Line Support / Senior Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support will need to be able to become SC Cleared and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment, preferably enterprise level/ within a MSP.
