ServiceNow Manager/ IT Asset Manager / IT Configuration Manager-Leeds area – As ServiceNow Manager you will be responsible for Implementing & optimising Service Asset and Configuration Management process within a large public sector managed Service account.

Experience with working with ServiceNow to manage Configuration items and track the asset lifecycle.
As ServiceNow Manager/ IT Asset Manager / IT Configuration Manager you should be familiar with using transform Maps in ServiceNow to import data from files such as Excel or CSV.
Ideally as ServiceNow Manager/ IT Asset Manager / IT Configuration Manager you should have hands on experience with ServiceNow discovery and / or integration with tools like SCCM or Intune for managing end-user devices?
ServiceNow Manager/ IT Asset Manager / IT Configuration Manager will mean you’ll be defining process & strategy, overseeing process implementation and participate in centralised CMDB establishment and development, including CI baseline, relationship mapping, and CI types and attributes management.
