Field Service Engineer – Battery Energy Storage Systems (10 x Roles)

Salary: BGN 50,000 – BGN 70,000 per annum gross

Our client is a forward-thinking energy firm providing innovative BESS solutions in Bulgaria and the Balkans. Their operations team is seeking skilled engineers near Stara Zagora to support site operations and routine maintenance.

Key Skills / Experience:
• Technical experience with battery storage, inverters, or solar
• Bulgarian language proficiency + English technical knowledge
• Capable of remote system monitoring and data analysis
• Follows strict site safety protocols and field reporting standards
• IT/network familiarity (VLAN, static IP, MODBUS/TCP)

What You'll Be Doing:
• Servicing BESS installations to meet performance standards
• Upgrading firmware and diagnosing faults
• Ensuring stock control of parts and consumables
• Recording all safety and maintenance tasks
• Providing field-based technical feedback
