Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Finance
Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid)

Were partnering with a leading renewable energy organisation to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver key SAP S/4HANA Finance initiatives. This role will lead delivery across planning, implementation, and post-go-live support, ensuring programme milestones, budgets, and business outcomes are achieved.
Role Purpose
You will take ownership of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery, managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, and ensuring strong stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Youll also oversee integration across wider SAP modules to ensure a cohesive, stable solution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance projects from initiation through go-live and stabilisation
Own project plans, governance, RAID management, budgets, resourcing, and delivery reporting
Coordinate internal teams, system integrators, and vendors to ensure clear accountability and timely delivery
Engage senior stakeholders to maintain alignment, manage expectations, and provide transparent updates
Oversee integration and dependencies across SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Procurement and related areas)
Ensure delivery meets business goals, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Required Skills and Experience
Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance projects in complex environments
Strong working knowledge of SAP Finance modules, including FI/CO, AR, AP, GL, and Asset Accounting (AA)
Confident leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience operating in multi-vendor delivery models and large transformation programmes
Sector experience in renewable energy, utilities, or similar large-scale transformation environments is desirable
