We are looking for an experienced RabbitMQ specialist to support a distributed factory‐floor data system built on Windows PCs with local RabbitMQ instances.

About the Environment
\n
Our setup consists of multiple Windows‐based machines operating in a low‐connectivity factory environment (little to no internet access). Each machine hosts its own RabbitMQ instance and performs a specific role:
\n
- \n
- \nNode PCs:\n
- \n
- \nMonitor individual pieces of factory equipment\n
- \nStore equipment data locally in RabbitMQ\n
- \nWrite only to their own instance, but read from others over the local network\n
\n
\n
- \nCentral Controller:\n
- \n
- \nReads data from all node RabbitMQ instances\n
- \nPerforms processing and aggregation\n
- \nWrites processed data into its own RabbitMQ instance for downstream steps\n
\n
\n
\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
Data flows bi‐directionally between nodes and the controller. All applications are built in .NET (C# and VB) and run on Windows with the latest RabbitMQ versions installed.

- \nAnalyse and improve our .NET integration and messaging patterns\n
- \nTroubleshoot reliability, performance, and connectivity issues\n

\n
\n
\n
\n

Ideal Experience
\n
- \n
- \nDeep expertise in RabbitMQ, including clustering, federation, durability, and HA strategies\n
- \nStrong understanding of Windows‐based deployments and local‐network messaging\n
- \nSolid experience with .NET (C# and/or VB) RabbitMQ client libraries\n
- \nFamiliarity with industrial or offline/air‐gapped environments is a plus\n
- \nAbility to diagnose complex distributed‐system issues\n
\n
