Overview

Our well-funded and fast growing US based, global software development group is seeking an experienced and innovative Insurance AI Solutions Lead. This is your opportunity to spearhead the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence solutions within our client's insurance operations.

You will own the full customer journey from pre-sales through implementation while shaping the product roadmap for the UK/EMEA market. This is a rare opportunity for an operator who thrives at the intersection of insurance domain expertise, customer delivery, and product thinking, and wants to help build something from the ground up.

Duties

• Support sales by building demos and pitches alongside AEs, bringing deep insurance credibility to accelerate deal cycles.
• Own end-to-end customer implementations — from discovery and configuration through go-live — for London Market carriers, MGAs, and brokers.
• Act as the internal insurance SME, translating real-world workflows into product requirements and feeding insights directly to the CTO and engineering team.
• Shape product roadmap for the UK/EMEA market, identifying what's working in the US and adapting it for the London Market
• Be the founding team member on the ground in London — setting the culture, building the playbook, and laying the foundation for a team of ~20 over the next 12–18 months

Key Requirements

• 5–10+ years in commercial P&C or London Market insurance (underwriting, claims, ops, or consulting) — insurance domain expertise is a must-have.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end enterprise implementations or technical deployments
• Experience spanning pre-sales and post-sales. Must be comfortable in front of customers (sales, demos, workshops) and working internally with engineers on product and delivery.
• High energy, low ego, and genuinely excited by the ambiguity of a founding role — this is not a role for someone who needs a clear playbook.
• Based in London and able to work hybrid (approx. 3 days/week in-office); able to travel across UK & Europe for customers and conferences.
