Senior Sales Account Executive – PropTech (SaaS) Location: Holborn, London (3–5 days in office) Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 OTE: £60,000 – £70,000 Are you a high-performing sales professional with SaaS, B2B or PropTech experience looking to make your next move into an exciting, high-growth business? Our client, an innovative PropTech startup, is scaling rapidly — and they’re on the lookout for a Senior Sales Account Executive to help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a company with purpose, energy, and incredible potential.About the Role: You’ll be at the heart of the sales function — from outbound lead generation to running demos and closing deals. You’ll be confident explaining product features to non-technical audiences and love nothing more than progressing a fast-paced pipeline. This role would suit someone who is commercially astute, results-driven, and ready to grow with the business.Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via research, email campaigns, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and events
- Run high-impact product demos tailored to estate and lettings agents
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into new business
- Own the sales cycle — from first contact to signed deal
- Collaborate with marketing to improve sales collateral and messaging
- Deliver customer insights to the wider team to influence product development
- Ensure smooth client onboarding with energy and clarity
- Report directly to the founder/CEO and be part of a growing, mission-led team
- 2–4 years’ experience in a SaaS, B2B or PropTech sales environment
- You’ve done lead gen, outreach, demos, and you’re a closer
- Comfortable adapting to a fast-moving startup pace
- A natural communicator who can simplify complex products
- Passionate about sales, product and building long-term client relationships
- Experience at a fast-growing, product-led tech company
- Experience selling to estate and lettings agents
- Hybrid working: 3+ days per week in the Holborn office
- Flexibility to work abroad up to 4 weeks per year
- 32 days annual holiday
