About the Role

ProManage IT Solution is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and grow our international sales pipeline on a contract basis for the UK market. This role centres around strategic cold outreach, nurturing high-value prospects, managing the sales funnel, and expanding our presence in the IT & Digital Services sector.

The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a deep understanding of IT solutions—including website development, SEO, PPC, digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, AI automations, and custom software development. You will work independently while closely coordinating with our internal teams to ensure smooth conversion and onboarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Pipeline Leadership

* Own the entire sales cycle—from first contact to qualified opportunity.

* Conduct discovery calls/emails to understand client requirements.

* Work with technical teams to prepare accurate proposals, estimates, and workflows.

* Maintain detailed CRM records and track sales performance metrics.

2. Client Relationship Development

* Build trust-based, long-term relationships with potential clients.

* Explain ProManage IT Solution service offerings with clarity and confidence, including:

* Website Development (WordPress, PHP, Laravel, React, Next.js)

* SEO, SMO, PPC & Digital Marketing

* Custom CRM/Portal Development

* E-commerce Development & Integrations

* AI/Automation & API Development

* Address client queries professionally and guide them through service benefits.

3. Collaboration & Team Coordination

* Coordinate with Sales, Technical Managers, and Project Teams for smooth onboarding.

* Share actionable insights from market trends and competitor behaviour.

* Provide weekly performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.

* Assist in refining outreach processes, proposal decks, and pitching strategies.

5. Target Achievement & Growth Expansion

* Meet monthly/quarterly lead generation and opportunity creation goals.

* Identify new market opportunities and propose scalable outreach strategies.

* Represent ProManage IT Solutions professionally in all external communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales

* Excellent written communication skills aligned with UK business etiquette.

* Strong understanding of IT services, digital marketing terminologies, website technologies, and project lifecycles.

* Ability to plan, track, and execute growth-oriented sales strategies.

* Comfortable working independently under a contract model with accountability for outcomes.

* Strong organisational skills with a disciplined follow-up approach.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous)

* Experience working with global IT agencies or outsourcing companies.

* Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.).

* Familiarity with outreach automation tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, or Reply.io.

* Ability to create structured reporting and insights for leadership.

Contract Details

Location: Remote (UK-Based Only)

Employment Type: Contract (Flexible Hours)

Compensation: Comission Based Flat 25% (negotiable as per performance)
