Workday Integration Associate

Due to growth, we are looking for a Workday Integration Associate to join our growing team at ProPharma.

As the Workday Integration Associate at ProPharma, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Workday integrations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full integration development life cycle that includes requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy and maintenance of scalable integration solutions.
  • Gather requirements for new integrations through collaboration with cross-functional business teams and develop the solution to meet the business needs.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of existing integrations and ensure they continue to meet the needs of the business.
  • Monitor existing integrations and troubleshoot and correct any errors or failures on a timely basis to confirm minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to develop and test external Workday integrations.
  • Create and maintain design documents and technical support documents for all Workday integrations.
  • Responsible for serving as the subject matter expert on the technical procedures and processes in order to perform mass data loads and assists other users with data load tools (e.g., EIBs).
  • Support testing for semi-annual Workday releases.
  • Participate in the Workday Community and other resources, including training and user groups, to establish awareness of current trends, enhancements, and system bugs.

Necessary Skills and Abilities:

  • Extensive experience with the Workday platform, including application configuration, implementations, and interrelationships with other systems.
  • Knowledge of Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Connectors, Web Services, Document Transformation) as well as custom reports, calculated fields and BIRT layouts.
  • Advanced expertise in Studio and EIB.
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive projects, gather requirements, provide development estimates, and meet expected delivery timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills needed to work effectively with non-technical functional team members and business owners.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple changing business priorities with calm and ease.
  • Motivated and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with other high-performing team members.
  • Workday Extend experience a plus.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or similar, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern enterprise application development platforms and related integrations.
  • 2-3 years developing and supporting Workday integrations.
  • Relevant Workday Certifications a plus.
