Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Specialist to drive the technology roadmap for a Securities Finance Trading & Collateral platform. You will be part of a core development team responsible for improving system performance, scalability, and architecture of a cloud-native enterprise platform used by global financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rearchitect performance-critical components to remove bottlenecks and improve scalability
- Lead performance testing and system optimization initiatives
- Implement future architectural enhancements
- Collaborate with senior architects and cross-functional Scrum teams
- Ensure platform meets enterprise performance and reliability standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on Java enterprise development experience
- Strong background in performance engineering and scalability
- Excellent SQL skills (Oracle / PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
- Experience building enterprise financial systems
- Expertise in Java SE/JEE, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, JMS
- REST APIs and integration patterns
- Frontend exposure with Angular v2+ and TypeScript
- Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SSO
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Agile and test-driven development experience
- Strong English communication skills

- Apache Camel or integration frameworks
- DevOps and CI/CD concepts
