Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:

Own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the Proactis Gen3.0 platform and broader product portfolio. This role is responsible for translating product capability into compelling customer-facing narratives — defining how the platform is described, differentiated, and sold across both migrating existing customers and new business.

Working closely with the VP Product, Engineering, and Sales, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will build competitive positioning against key threats, create segment-specific migration and adoption narratives for 800+ existing customers, develop sales enablement materials, and lead launch planning for each Gen3.0 phase. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with high-quality execution — the right person will be equally comfortable briefing the board and writing a customer-facing one-pager..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Competitive Positioning & Messaging: Define and maintain the product positioning framework for the Gen3.0 platform and legacy portfolio.
  • Go-to-Market & Launch Planning: Lead go-to- market planning for each Gen3.0 phase as new capabilities come online.
  • Sales Enablement & Commercial Support: Create and maintain the sales toolkit — pitch decks, objection handling guides, ROI calculators, case studies, and segment-specific collateral.
  • Customer Migration Narrative: Define the migration story for existing customers — why they should move, what they gain, and how the transition works.
  • Market & Customer Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, win/loss reviews, and customer research to inform product and commercial decisions.

Key Skills:

  • B2B SaaS Product Marketing: 5+ years in product marketing roles within enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally in complex multi-product or platform environments.
  • Competitive Positioning & Sales Enablement: Proven track record of building competitive positioning frameworks, battle cards, and sales toolkits that directly impact win rates
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Experience planning and executing product launches in enterprise SaaS — from messaging through to enablement, analyst relations, and customer communications.
  • Experience marketing to mid- market and enterprise buyers. Procurement, finance, or supply chain domain knowledge is a plus but not essential.
