AWS Cloud Engineer - Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is hybrid, with 6 days per month required on-site in London.

You will be tasked with building AWS applications code as well as being involved in automating the implementation of the underlying infrastructure.

AWS Cloud Engineer – Key Skills:

• Computer Science/Engineering related Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree, or 5 years of equivalent work-related experience
• Three years or more of industry experience
• 5+ years’ AWS experience (in a business environment)
• 1+ years’ experience in a DevOps role
• 1+ years’ experience in operating a production platform
• 1+ years’ experience in Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of microservices development
• Solid understanding of Typescript/JavaScript, Linux, Windows and Networking layers
• Working knowledge of AWS Step Functions, Lambdas and API Gateways
• Working in an agile environment
• A passion for continuous learning, as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills
