Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission | OTE £60K+

We’re now looking for a driven, ambitious Account Manager to join our friendly, successful team and play a key role in our continued expansion.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike — developing long-term relationships, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, and making a real impact.

• Build, develop, and nurture new client relationships through outreach and networking
• Manage your own desk with autonomy and commercial freedom across the UK
• Source, engage, and support candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Work closely with our dedicated delivery team for additional candidate sourcing and support as needed

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven with a strong work ethic
• Proactive, resilient, ethical, and commercially astute

Uncapped Earnings – Competitive salary + commission (realistic OTE £60K+)
