Our award-winning client is looking for a Business Analysis Manager to join their expanding team ASAP. On a daily basis, as the Business Analysis Manager you will act as the deputy to the Head of Business Analysis conducting line management responsibilities and supporting the strategic and operational development of the Business Analysis function.
You will lead a team of Business Analysts at varying levels of seniority, ensuring high-quality delivery, professional growth and the adoption of best practices across the team.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a Business Analysis function
• Strong background in line management, performance management, and recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Skilled in motivating and inspiring teams to achieve their potential
• Comfortable delivering constructive feedback and handling difficult conversations
Job Description
• Extensive experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation
• Proficient in writing user stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin format preferred)
• Experience defining requirements and user stories in a digital environment e.g. websites, apps, internal systems
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Experience using Jira for backlog and sprint management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with challenging stakeholders and managing conflict between stakeholders
Beneficial skills
•Experience with REST APIs and API integration projects
•Familiarity with Microservices architecture
