Business Analyst

Business Analyst 

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our clients Development team. You'll play a key role in delivering strategic technology initiatives that transform business operations.

You'll be instrumental in a major cloud transformation programme, helping to simplify and modernise a suite of business-critical applications. You'll work closely with both technical and business stakeholders, translating business needs into effective technology solutions while supporting projects from initial requirements through to testing, release and implementation.

Key skills/experience

• At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise environments.
• Demonstrable experience on On Prem to Cloud Migration programmes including migration on Applications. 
• Strong understanding of Data Flow between applications and how systems communicate with each other. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working across projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Other skills (advantageous) 

• Professional Business Analysis certification (e.g. BCS, IIBA) or Agile qualifications.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with D365 would be advantageous.
