Are you an experienced Desktop Support Engineer looking to join a globally recognised media organisation at the forefront of digital innovation? Our client, a household name in the entertainment industry, is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled IT professional to join their Technology team in their vibrant Shoreditch office.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Level 2 desktop and laptop support across hardware, OS, and applications.

Troubleshoot and maintain Mac and Windows operating systems.

Manage basic DNS and DHCP configurations and issues.

Support and administer Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Use Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security.

Follow ITIL best practices for incident, request, and change management.

Deploy and maintain desktop hardware and software.

Log and track issues via the Freshworks service desk system.

Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve escalated issues.

Provide clear communication and user training when required.
What We're Looking For-
Strong background in Level 2 Desktop Support (Level 3 a bonus).

Hands-on experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments.

Comfortable managing Active Directory users and objects.

Solid knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.

Proficient with Office 365 administration and end-user support.

Familiarity with Intune, Freshworks, or similar platforms.

Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks.

Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset.

Confident, self-sufficient, and thrives in collaborative teams.
