Dev Ops Systems Administrator
Location: Woking, Surrey - Hybrid (1 day per month in the office)

The RoleAs Senior DevOps Systems Administrator, you will own challenging infrastructure projects, helping design, implement, and continuously improve secure, reliable, and scalable cloud environments.
You will work across AWS and private cloud platforms, automation, CI/CD, monitoring and security, while collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy and support AWS and private cloud infrastructure
- Architect and maintain robust hybrid cloud environments
- Automate infrastructure and configuration using Terraform and Ansible
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Implement and improve monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus and CloudWatch
- Drive improvements in system reliability, performance, scalability and security
- Manage IAM, networking, Firewalls, VPNs and cloud security
- Take ownership of complex infrastructure and cloud projects
- Participate in the on-call rota and respond effectively to incidents
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards and best practices
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to deliver effective technical solutions
We're looking for someone with strong hands-on experience across DevOps, cloud infrastructure and systems administration, who is confident taking ownership of complex technical challenges.
You should be comfortable working with AWS, infrastructure-as-code, automation, CI/CD and modern monitoring tools, with a strong understanding of networking and cloud security.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy solving problems, improving how things work, and taking ownership of projects from design through delivery.
