Data and Analytics Lead

We are urgently seeking a seasoned Data & Analytics professional with strong exposure to CPG consumer analytics, marketing, or trade marketing. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise with leadership skills to drive data-driven business outcomes in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable data solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage product life cycles in Data & Analytics
• Deliver insights on consumer behaviour and CPG analytics
• Remain hands-on with day-to-day analytics tasks, ensuring accuracy and impact

Profile Requirements

• Strong experience managing D&A teams
• Strong business-facing experience in global environments
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI), data modelling (Python or R), and platforms such as Fabrics and SQL
• Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on in consumer analytics
