South West of England – Remote (occasional site travel) – up to £100k per annum + Benefits + Bonus

We're proud to be exclusively partnered with a leading organisation in the South West of England that is looking to onboard a Head of Change. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight of the organisation’s change portfolio, ensuring all change initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver meaningful, customer-focused outcomes. As a key driver of transformation, the position is responsible for fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement. It ensures efficient resource and budget management, promotes innovative ways of working, and maintains strong relationships with senior stakeholders to maximise the impact and adoption of change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership of Change – Inspire & lead, challenge & support, and innovate for the future

  • Strategic Alignment – Align with strategy, contribute to quarterly business reviews, and ensure teams are aligned to strategic goals

  • Management of the Change Portfolio – Provide strategic oversight and manage resources and dependencies

  • Governance, Reporting, and Communication – Develop clear roadmaps, implement effective reporting, align governance, and ensure transparent communication

  • Change Model Ownership – Own the end-to-end change model and ensure consistency in delivery

  • Change Budget Control – Manage budgets, track forecasts, and secure funding where necessary

  • Ways of Working and Culture – Embed effective behaviours, align with organisational development, and promote agile principles

Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in leading and driving change initiatives

  • Experience in creating and managing change portfolios

  • Experience in implementing agile governance and controls

  • Proficiency in managing change budgets effectively

  • Experience in ensuring change adoption and benefit realisation

  • Experience managing service transitions and using release management techniques

  • Demonstrated leadership in creating, managing, and developing high-performing change teams
