Are you a hands-on HubSpot expert who knows how to get the very best out of a CRM system and turn sales data into meaningful business insight

We're recruiting for an established international business looking for a HubSpot specialist to take functional ownership of its CRM platform across a global sales operation, spanning the UK, Europe and US

The business has invested in HubSpot but recognises that it is currently underutilised. They need someone who can unlock its untapped potential, improve the quality and consistency of sales data, and help sales teams use the platform more effectively

The role itself

You'll be the company's go-to HubSpot expert, responsible for:

  • Managing, configuring and continuously improving HubSpot across the business
  • Ensuring accurate, consistent and reliable sales data across international teams
  • Improving sales pipelines, workflows, dashboards and reporting
  • Training and supporting salespeople to drive consistent CRM usage and best practices
  • Establishing data governance standards and controls to ensure reliable sales performance metrics
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise HubSpot functionality and improve commercial processes

What we are looking for

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong, hands-on HubSpot administration and configuration experience
  • Excellent understanding of CRM data management, sales pipelines and reporting
  • Experience improving CRM processes, data quality and user adoption
  • Confidence training users and working with senior commercial stakeholders
  • A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for making CRM systems work better

This is a functional, business-facing role, not a technical development position.

What's on Offer?

  • £60,000 - £70,000, with flexibility for the right candidate
  • Hybrid working, typically 2-3 days per week in West London
  • The opportunity to own and develop HubSpot across an international organisation
  • A long-term role with genuine scope to influence how the business operates
  • Some flexibility in working hours to accommodate US-based colleagues

Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
