IT Business Analyst - Real Estate experience 

We're looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our growing Solutions Engineering team. Working alongside Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Analysts and Developers, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic technology initiatives that transform business operations.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong corporate background and proven experience delivering technology solutions within property management, real estate or complex environments. You'll be instrumental in a major cloud transformation programme, helping to simplify and modernise a suite of business-critical applications.

You'll work closely with both technical and business stakeholders, translating business needs into effective technology solutions while supporting projects from initial requirements through to testing, release and implementation.

Essential experience

• At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise environments.
• Demonstrable experience supporting software migration or cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of systems integration and solution design principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working across projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable skills

• Professional Business Analysis certification (e.g. BCS, IIBA) or Agile qualifications.
• Experience within the property, financial services or professional services sectors.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
