IT Infrastructure & Support Analyst - Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Support Analyst to join their team on an FTC basis, initially for 12-18 months with a view to extend.

Please note, the role is hybrid, with 3 days per week required on-site in Leeds.

You will come from an Infrastructure background, including Service Desk Support at 2nd and 3rd line level. You will have around 5 years' plus experience ideally.

IT Infrastructure & Support Analyst - Key Skills:

• M365 (including Defender ATP, Entra/AzureAD, Exchange, Intune and Teams)
• Meraki Wi-Fi and Switches
• Microsoft Windows Server management
• Windows 11
• Infrastructure Support background - including Service Desk at 2nd to 3rd line level
• Good attention to detail
• Clear and Concise communication skills, both written and verbal
