IT Service Desk Analyst – London – On Site

IT Service Desk Analyst – London – On-site – Our client, a challenger bank, is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst who will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, managing them effectively. You will specifically have experience of dealing with third-party vendors and contracts, along with a good understanding of Microsoft products, along with strong communication skills and be ITIL qualified. To be considered for this role, you will need the following: -

  • Strong Service Desk knowledge
  • Dealt with Third-Party Vendors and Contracts
  • On-site in London with travel to other sites
  • Experience with Microsoft M365
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • IT audit processes and controls.
  • ITIL Foundation certification
