IT Support Analyst
Plymouth, Devon - On-site - £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support across the organization, ensuring IT services run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and configure new laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams or third-party vendors
- Support user account management (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar IT support role
- Good understanding of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- IT certifications (eg, CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) or a relevant degree
