IT Support Engineer - 2nd Line | Seaford, East Sussex | Up to £40,000 | Onsite

Our client is hiring a self-sufficient, hands-on 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team in the Seaford area.

This fully onsite role is ideal for someone confident working independently across hardware, networks, and Microsoft-based infrastructure.

What you'll be doing:

 Supporting and maintaining PCs, Servers, printers, and network devices

Troubleshooting LAN/WAN, VPN, and Firewall issues (FortiGate a plus)

Managing Wintel services, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory

Handling support tickets and contributing to IT infrastructure projects

What we're looking for:

3+ years of IT support experience

Strong 2nd line skills and a proactive, independent mindset

Comfortable being the go-to IT contact onsite
