IT Support Technician (1st / 2nd Line Support)
We are looking for a Temporary IT Support Technician to provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, desktop, mobile device, and Microsoft Office issues, providing support via phone, email, remote access, and face-to-face interactions. You will log and manage incidents, resolve technical issues where possible, and escalate more complex problems when required.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, or IT Support role
- Good knowledge of Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
