IT Trainer

IT Trainer

Hybrid

We’re currently working with a well-established and highly regarded legal services organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced IT Trainer to join its collaborative IT team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Trainer who enjoys working closely with people and wants to have a genuine impact on how technology is adopted and used across an organisation.

You’ll play a key role in supporting colleagues at all levels — from onboarding new starters and delivering day-to-day IT training through to developing engaging refresher sessions and online learning resources.

The role

As IT Trainer, you’ll be responsible for helping colleagues build their confidence and capability with the technology and systems they use every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging and effective IT training to users across the organisation.
  • Providing IT onboarding and training for new starters.
  • Developing and delivering refresher and role-specific training.
  • Creating engaging online learning content, user guides and training resources.
  • Identifying training needs and opportunities to improve technology adoption.
  • Working closely with the wider IT team and business stakeholders to understand learning requirements.
  • Supporting the implementation and adoption of new systems and technologies.
  • Continuously reviewing and improving training content and delivery methods.
  • Providing a positive and supportive learning experience for users with varying levels of technical ability.

What’s on offer?

This is more than a traditional IT Trainer role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and develop the organisation’s approach to IT learning, introduce new ideas and make a visible difference to how people work with technology.

In return, the organisation offers:

  • 25 days’ annual leave.
  • 4% pension
  • Private medical insurance following successful completion of probation.
  • Life assurance at 3x salary.
  • A supportive and collaborative working environment.
  • The opportunity to innovate and develop IT training approaches and content.
  • Close collaboration with IT, business teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Ongoing opportunities for professional development.
