We're looking for an ambitious Service Delivery Administrator or Junior Service Delivery Manager with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment to join a growing Client Success team
You'll support a portfolio of customers, ensuring excellent service delivery by coordinating technical teams, monitoring SLAs, managing service reviews, producing insightful reports, and building strong client relationships
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in a Managed Services environment
- A background in Service Delivery Administration or Junior SDM
- Hands-on experience using an ITIL/ITSM tool (ServiceNow, Halo, ConnectWise, etc)
- Knowledge of incident, problem and change management
- Excellent communication, organisation and reporting skills
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
