Our banking client is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join their dynamic technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact financial applications, driving innovation and excellence in software development within a fast-paced and regulated environment.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, while mentoring junior engineers and helping shape technical strategy.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

• Professional Java software development experience.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

• Hands-on experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.

• Solid experience with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle).

• Proven experience with RESTful API design and development.

• Strong background in unit, regression, and integration testing (JUnit).

• Experience with Maven/Gradle build tools.

• Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Exposure to microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

• Experience with message queues (Kafka, Solace).

• Front-end development exposure (React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
