Go Live Project Manager

Location: Veghel, Netherlands (Base Location) | Extensive International Travel Required

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager - Site Go-Live to join our global warehousing and automation team. The role is based in Veghel, Netherlands, but we welcome applications from candidates located anywhere in the UK or EU, provided they are open to regular travel and relocation as required.

This is a critical, client-facing position responsible for managing the go-live phase of complex warehouse automation projects. You will be deployed to customer sites globally-typically for 4 to 5 weeks per project-to ensure seamless operational readiness, system functionality, and a high-quality customer experience.

• Lead all on-site go-live activities for new warehouse automation installations worldwide.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during go-live and hypercare phases.

• Conduct operational readiness assessments and manage WMS implementation on-site.

• Deliver training to client teams on system usage and best practices.

• Monitor system performance, resolve technical or operational issues in real time, and ensure a smooth handover to the customer.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and support teams to drive successful deployments.

• Champion customer satisfaction and operational success throughout each engagement.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Strong background in warehouse automation, supply chain technology, or logistics operations.

• Direct experience supporting go-live phases or hypercare periods for warehouse projects.

• In-depth understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related workflows.

• Confident working on-site, managing customer expectations, and solving operational challenges in live environments.

• Professional communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.

• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

• Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods (up to 75%).

Preferred Background:

• Experience with warehouse integrators, 3PLs, or robotics/automation solution providers.

• Previous roles such as Go-Live Manager, Project Implementation Manager, Deployment Lead, or Site Project Manager.
