Proactive Global is currently seeking a highly skilled Rework Technician to join a well-established electronics manufacturer based in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong soldering and rework skills to become a valued part of a growing and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform precise soldering tasks down to 0201 surface mount component size
• Carry out SMT and Through Hole rework to a high standard
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BoMs)
• Maintain high standards of workplace housekeeping
• Experience with BGA rework, track repairs, and circuit modifications is highly desirable

• Proven hands-on experience in electronic rework and repair
• Excellent attention to detail and steady hand for fine component work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A proactive and quality-focused approach to tasks
