Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Contacting potential SME business customers both locally and across the UK to book appointments for Field Sales Consultants to attend
- Developing and sustaining a solid pipeline of customers to stay in contact with throughout their contract
- Using Sales scripts to handle objections and increase volume of sales
- Confidently holding conversations with customers from multiple backgrounds
- Explain our market leading products & services
- Handling and overcoming objections
- Working towards targets and ensuring KPIs are met
- Updating CRM system and arranging call backs
Ideal Candidate:
- The ability to follow scripts but still sound genuine
- The ability to defuse tension on a phone call
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and driven
Salary:£24,500 - £27,500 per year
